Wild Garlic

Wild Garlic

Wild Garlic is, by far, the most popular wild food out there. It's easy to identify, grows in mass bunches when in season and can be used in so many ways. When it's in season I must eat wild garlic with at least one meal, if not more, every day. The key for cooking wild garlic is to add it at the end of the cooking process - when your food is almost ready - otherwise it will loose its fantastic garlic flavour and just taste like spinach.
