Event Details

Join a Totally Wild UK professional forager to learn the basics of foraging and to discover a range of wild edibles that can be used in beers, spirits and cocktails.
After introductions we will get in to the mind set of a forager before heading out to discover the vast array of wild edibles lying all around us.
During the Foraging event your professional forager will introduce you to a number of edible species; giving you tips on harvesting, correct identification an possible look-alikes. Whilst doing this you will have the opportunity to taste a range of pre-made wild food tasters from pickles to jams, chutneys, syrups, flavoured salts, alchohol infusions, beers and much more whilst talking through their uses on the bar and at the home.
After the forage we will utilise our wild and foraged harvest to cook up an amazing foraged lunch. Cooking is done as a group and we love getting stuck in and hands on.
Following the event, you will be provided with an email giving you a round up including a description of all the wild edibles found through the session including any recipes used in the event.
