Mushroom Foragers Hamper

This hamper is a lovely gift for anyone who’s excited by cooking mushrooms, walking and foraging for free wild mushrooms.

The book gives you all of the tips, tricks and identification keys for picking your wild mushrooms, our website has a mass of recipes for what to cook once you’ve foraged them.

Then you have all of the kit to be able to go out and actually do it, the knife is the exact one our professional foragers use whilst picking mushrooms for restaurants (it’s very well tried and tested by the TWUK team) and the basket can be used with a liner in or out depending on what type of mushrooms your picking – although we typically remove the liner when we pick mushrooms.

To get the ball rolling we’ve also included a bag of our favourite dried wild mushrooms which have an incredibly deep wild flavour, they can be used in stuffing, risotto, stocks, stews, ramen and as many things as you can think of.
