From foraging out in the field to helping within the packaging shop, turning wild foods into preserves, bottling, bagging and much more \u2013 you will be over seen by a trained forager. We are the only team of foragers in the UK to have developed and hold a L3 accreditation within foraging and wild food and we\u2019re looking to bring a new level of professionalism to the industry. Initially an assistant will be taken on for expected 2-3 days per week which is set to increase to 5 days a week starting 2019. Hours will vary depending upon the weather and the season, sometimes including evening shifts, long day shifts, staggered hours and weekends.
