Description
Marsh Samphire is a seasonal delight, a super succulent plant that gives us an incredible crunch and mineral-rich salty flavour.
It serves really well raw in to salads, wilted with a little butter as a side dish and it suits lots of dishes, fish, lamb, roasted veg, blended in to tapenades, sauces, dried in to green herby salt.
It’s incredibly versatile and truly delicious.
