How do I book using a voucher?

The Checkout Flow will request voucher details when they’re required. If you’re having any further issues please get in touch with us over the phone or email 🙂

I've made an order but it's processing, when will it be completed and confirmed?

Our orders are checked and completed every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and your will be completed on the next of these days coming up.

I've ordered a voucher, when will it be posted?

We don’t post physical vouchers out, however you will automatically receive a voucher download link when a voucher is purchased, please send the voucher via email or print as a gift.

Otherwise you will receive an automatic email link to store credit for the voucher.

The booking form is only letting me select one space, what does this mean?

When you are selecting how many tickets you require, if the form is only letting you select one, this means there is only one space available on the course.

Do you cater for vegans and gluten-free?

Yes we do! Most of our dishes are now 100% vegan and gluten-free. You can add your dietary requirements to the bookings page under the ‘notes’ section.

Please be aware we are unable to cater for severe allergies.

Will there be more courses added in my location?

We are constantly adding new course dates, especially when events as locations become fully booked, the easiest way for us to keep up to date on this is to join our mailing list.

Can I change my course date once I have booked on?

We do understand that events arise which mean you are unable to attend a course you have booked. Courses are able to be transferred to another date as long as the request is made before 1 month of the original course start date. A fee of £10 per place is chargeable and will be sent via an invoice. Please see our full terms and conditions for more information.

I can no longer attend my course, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund any bookings once they are placed. We are able to transfer your place, see faq above, or turn your booking into store credit for future use.

When will I receive more information about my course?

We send out a more detailed email on the Monday prior to the course date. This email contains information relating to where to meet, what to bring and contact details for your forager. This information will be sent to the email address that was given on the order form.

I am booked onto a course but I can not longer see it on the website, what does this mean?

We remove events from the website once they are sold out this is to make the booking process as simple for future customers. You will always be contacted if there is any change to your booking or to a course, so if you do not hear from us this is good news!

I've ordered something on the website, when will it be sent?

All of our online orders are dispatched every and only on Wednesdays with an order cut-off of midnight Tuesday. They will arrive with you Thursday or Friday 🙂

I have to talk to Dougie the Bot first?

We’re currently trialing Dougie the Bot to help you with your queries first, he actually has a good amount of answers and should be able to help you with most things, and more quickly than the standard 48 hour reply when you send us an email.

Dougie the Dog has been trained to pick truffles but Dougie the Bot is still in training and the more questions you ask the more developed his answers will become over time 🙂
