Featuring two ponds and a lake, as well as woodland and meadow environments, Hailsham Country Park is a lovely venue owned and managed by the Hailsham town council. With birch, oak, ash, maple and wild cherry trees, as well as brambles, dandelion, cat tails, and hogweed, this site offers a lovely introduction to some key wild edible plants.  No toilets onsite  Free public parking Children welcome (please note that one child under 12 is welcome to attend per ticketed adult, but we do not cater separately for children on our Forage and Cook events, so you be sharing your lunch!)  Well behaved dogs allowed
