Our Foraging Vouchers are a fantastic gift for anyone excited by plants, fungi & seaweeds. For those who want to live a more sustainable life more interlinked with nature and for people truly excited by food & flavours.
They’re valid for 12 months and can be redeemed at any of our foraging events at any of our venues throughout the UK.
After introductions, we will get into the mindset of a forager before heading out to discover the vast array of wild edibles lying all around us. During the day your professional forager will introduce you to a number of edible species; giving you tips on harvesting, correct identification, and possible lookalikes.
After your foraging walk we will cook up a tasty three-course wild food lunch, utilising wild and foraged ingredients picked on the day and some bits prepared by the TW team. An example of what to expect:

Truffles are an absolute delight, imagine searching through the woods with our trained truffle dogs hunting and picking your very own truffles, right here in the UK.
We will explain the tips and tricks to picking them before foraging our own and cooking up a delightful truffle-inspired meal out in the forest.
