We’ve become well accustomed to the flavour of elderflower which is great because it’s quite difficult to describe. Floral and heady is the best we can come up with, but one thing’s certain – It’s absolutely delicious!
These dried elderflowers can be used in almost every recipe you use fresh in from cordial to champagne, sorbet, cakes, icing, ice cream, ice lollies and much more these are the perfect thing to use.

100g of fresh elderflower equals about 10g dried elderflower
