This hamper is a lovely gift for anyone who’s excited by cooking, walking and foraging for free wild food.
The book gives you all of the tips, tricks and identification keys for picking your wild ingredients along with recipes for what to cook once you’ve foraged them.
Then you have all of the kit to be able to go out and actually do it, the knife is the exact one our professional foragers use whilst picking for restaurants (it’s very well tried and tested by the TWUK team) and the basket can be used with a liner in or out depending on whether you’re picking seaweeds or greens.
And if you need a break whilst foraging then there’s a wild tea included which you can take out in a flask to enjoy during your walk or hike.
