We’ve taken the seasons finest wild garlic leaves, finely chopped them and lightly fermented them with a little salt to create this lacto-fermented wild garlic.
The flavour of this is incredible, imagine garlic paste but with wild garlic. You can use it in absolutely loads of things, however you would use regular garlic paste, mix it into mayonnaise, use it in marinades, blend it with nuts to make pesto, there’s so many uses for this ingredient!
