Wild Mushrooms are one of the jewels of foraging, they provide deep and intense flavour, fantastic texture and are an incredible source of vitamin D.
Use these mushrooms in many recipes from, chicken and mushroom pies to mushroom risotto, garlic mushrooms, pate, soup and much, much more.
In our punnet we will change the mushrooms seasonally to contain the best wild mushroom in season, these are usually one of or a mix of:

- Winter Chanterelle
