Elder and Orchard: A Great Summer Drink

This Elder and Orchard creation is the kind of drink that tastes like summer got lost in the woods—and came back with rum.

With apple juice, Elderflower, a squeeze of citrus, and a fizzy top-up of cloudy lemonade, it’s fresh, fruity, and ridiculously easy to throw together. No fancy kit, no fuss—just grab a jug, some ice, and a few pals. Perfect for picnics, garden lounging, or pretending you’re the kind of person who forages (we won’t tell).

  • 700ml/1 pint 5fl oz apple juice
