Wild Garlic roasted potatoes
Ingredients:
- 200g potatoes,
- salt,
- pepper,
- 1 table spoon wild garlic pesto
Method:
- Chop the potatoes in to about 2cm cubes,
- par boil them for 5 minutes,
- drain,
- Salt and pepper the potatoes and then roast in the over on 200C for 10 minutes,
- Remove from the oven and fry in a pan for 5 minutes with the wild garlic pesto.
Tips or extra notes:
The pesto goes nice and crispy where it burns a little, I sometimes top with parmesan cheese also
