Cherry Blossom Jam Tart

Ingredients & Method

Rub together 250g of plain flour and 125g of chilled butter until it looks like breadcrumbs! Then add 1 egg and a tbsp of water and bring together to form a dough! Wrap in cling film and leave in the fridge before you roll out the dough and cut into rounds. Then push down into buttered muffin tin holes and add some jam! 

Cook your tarts on gas mark 4 for around 20 minutes until the pastry is slightly golden and the jam is bubbling!
